Emily Shwake

After graduating with honors from the University of Maryland English Department, Emily attended Columbia University’s crash course in publishing in order to prepare herself for a future in media. She spent two years writing for BuzzFeed’s lifestyle verticals before making the leap into freelance writing. After another two years, Emily took on her biggest project yet: building the Wix Restaurants blog from the ground up.
